You must drink the seed boiled– just 1/8 portion of the seed (cut the seed with a knife or scissors) in the first week, then continue with 1/4 portion. Boil in a glass of water for about 2-3 minutes in microwave or 4 minutes on stove top,

The treatment should last from 48 to 52 days. In this time you should lose between 5 and 9 kilograms, depending on your metabolism. You will initially lose size, followed by the loss of weight. You do not need to undertake exercise or complicated diets. When you have arrived at the ideal weight, it is recommended to take 1/8 of seed 2 or 3 times per week to maintain. If you are significantly overweight and must take the seed for a prolonged time, it is recommended to take yogurt, or similar to maintain healthy intestinal flora. If during the treatment (especially at the outset) you experience excessive diarrhea, reduce the treatment 1/8 seed every 2nd day.
