Greenhouse products are shipped on Mondays as weather permits. Living plants and fresh neem will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays so they don’t spend the weekend in a box. If ordering live Neem trees we recommend that you wait til the spring since they are young and due to last years freeze we cannot guarantee that this year won't be the same. But if you really want one I'll be more than happy to have it sent directly to your home or business. If you need your order shipped immediately, please let me know. We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of your placing them, but please let us know if you need them more quickly. Most of our shipping is done by US Post Office Priority Mail because it is typically the fastest and least expensive. Larger orders may ship by UPS or Fed Ex Ground, depending upon which option is most cost-effective. Returns are accepted on unopened, unsealed products only for in-store credit only. Buyer is responsible for return costs and there is a 1.00 restock fee on all items. International orders are accepted. Buyer is responsible for all Customs regulations according to their country. Once the order is shipped it is out of our hands. We are not responsible if Customs rejects your order. They will reship it to us and We have the option to have the shipment returned to us or destroyed. We most likely will have it destroyed to avoid the return shipping costs to us. |
